    Caleb has honed his investigative expertise working on a diverse range of cases. During his law enforcement tenure, he tackled high-profile cases related to organized crime, including those involving cartels, and dedicated himself to combating human smuggling and trafficking. His proficiency in courtroom testimony at the local, state, and federal levels underscores his ability to effectively present evidence and support legal proceedings.

    His career commenced with a stint in the Army National Guard where he served in the headquarters unit of an infantry battalion, assigned to a scout reconnaissance squad. This foray into the realm of tactical operations provided him with valuable insights into intelligence gathering.

    While serving part-time in the military, Caleb pursued his dream of becoming a law enforcement officer, graduating from the Northeast Alabama Law Enforcement Academy. Early into his career, he recognized that most crimes involve an element of travel, which inspired him to focus on intercepting crimes at their most vulnerable stages, particularly during transit. To enhance his skills, he pursued specialized training and certifications in areas such as Interdiction for the Protection of Children, Human Trafficking Investigations, Advanced Roadside Interview Techniques, Pro-active Criminal Patrol Techniques, and Advanced Interviews and Interrogations. He also attended courses provided by Homeland Security and HIDTA (High-Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas).

    During his distinguished career, Caleb achieved notable milestones and received commendations for his exceptional work. He was even featured in the "20 under 40" publication of the Valley Times News, highlighting his early accomplishments. Caleb also appeared in various news stories, discussing his department's dedicated efforts in the war on drugs. Advancing to the rank of sergeant, he served on a SWAT team, demonstrating his leadership and tactical prowess. He also worked as a canine handler, further broadening his investigative capabilities. His dedication was recognized with a life-saving medal, a testament to his commitment to the protection of others.

    After many years in law enforcement, Caleb decided to venture into the private sector, embracing new experiences in sales, marketing, graphic design, and people management. Although this was a significant change of scenery, Caleb's dedication and tireless effort led to a swift ascent up the company ladder, culminating in his role as a district manager. His exceptional performance did not go unnoticed, earning him the accolade of top-performing district manager in 2021. The following year, in recognition of his outstanding contributions, he was invited to attend the company's world conference in Rome, Italy, where he participated in several days of advanced training.
